These are two strategic offices dedicated to administrate all funding designated for the community development programmes of “La Palmera” CCC as well as establishing meaningful relationships with the families and institutions of its neighbourhood.

These offices are managed by Bolivian Christians assisted by the missionary team and specialized short-term volunteers. In community development, this is where the dynamics of empowerment take place. Kingdom values and Christian ethics are their praxis.

The Resources Center takes care of human resources, management control systems, scheduling, buying materials and equipment, financial and activities reports, training and travelling and customers care.

The Resources Centre has an administrative staff of three people and manages a total of 20 people between teachers, assistants, coaches, cooks, maintenance & building personal and pastoral workers. Most of this people are committed Christians, some are the church commended workers; some are professional staff from the neighborhood who support of community ethos.

The Social Department takes care of all issues related with the relationship “La Palmera” CCC and the neighborhood. Its team visits regularly the families whose children attend the school, surveys the felt needs of our neighbors, organizes community events and visits to the school, assists the school children with their school progress, publishes the weekly school notice board “Who is Who at La Palmera”, provides parents with up-to-date information on the school activities, manages the Child-Sponsor relationship, and informs the church of any particular need in the community that should be prayed for.

The Social Department plays a vital role as an agent of evangelism in the community. Its effective manner of reaching out to people and learning about their different triumphs and trials open continually the door for Christian witness and eventually opportunities to lead families to the Lord.
